The ÐÔÀÖÔ° eSports program provides a supportive and competitive environment for student-athletes to come and hone their skills to compete at a national level representing ÐÔÀÖÔ° CC. Our current competitive titles include:

  • Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
  • Call of Duty
  • NBA 2K
  • Madden

Accolades

The ÐÔÀÖÔ° CC Esports team has received several awards in its short history. Below is a list of some of the awards we have received:

 

  • 2019 – Joshua Brown – Madden
  • 2022 Hunter Strahan and Brett Bonnette – Call of Duty: Gunfight
  • 2023 – Hunter Straham and Brett Bonnette – Call of Duty: Gunfight
  • 2024 – Super Smash Brothers Ultimate – Rico Rhodes

Requirements

To be eligible for eSports, applicants must meet the following requirements and maintain these requirements for eligibility.

  • Be a full-time student enrolled in 15 or more credit hours.
  • Be free of any disciplinary action in high school or college.
  • Complete high school with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
  • Applicants who’ve already completed one semester of college must have a cumulative college GPA of 2.5 or above.
  • Be of good moral character and integrity.

The eSports team is a recruited sport and has a designated coach who actively recruits student athletes.
